I REALLY AM SORRY THAT THE DESCRIPTION IS PRETTY LONG, BUT I FEEL LIKE I HAVE TO PUT EVERYTHING IN THE DESCRIPTION--NOW I KNOW WHY THAT LABEL IS ON THE IRON THAT SAYS--"DO NOT IRON YOUR CLOTHES WHILE YOU ARE WEARING THEM" :-) :-) 

THESE MAY HAVE A LITTLE BROWN AROUND SOME OF THE EDGES, BECAUSE THEY ARE LIVE PLANTS AND HAVE TRAVELED IN A DARK DAMP BOX. THEY WILL GROW OUT OF THAT AND BE JUST FINE--BUT JUST KNOW THAT THEY MAY HAVE SOME SMALL BROWN EDGES

We are bee and butterfly friendly nursery - This means we use minimal spraying and as much natural means to take care of our pests as much as possible. at times a plant will leave that may have a hole or 2 or so from a previous meal. 

NOTHING LEAVES HERE WITH BUGS OF ANY SORT--SNAILS, CENTIPEEDS, LADYBUGS, WORMS, ETC ARE NOT CONSIDERED "BUGS"--THEY MAY BE HIDING DEEP IN THE SOIL AND WE JUST DID NOT REALIZE IT... -
but at times dinner may be taken without our knowledge.. it will usually be on old leaves.. The older leaves that are still healthy looking will still provide nutrients to the roots so we do not cut them off. you can do that if it bothers you.

I am NOT responsible for USPS. They are really beating up the packages and some are taking much longer to be delivered. MOST of the items will be just fine, a little grumpy, but fine. They will just need to be watered asap, planted up and pruned. Put the plants into a bright area outside and not in direct sun. They should perk back up.
On some extreme cases, the post office has been taking 6+ days to deliver the packages--I have no control over this and since they are live plants, well they REALLY will be unhappy. I will work with YOU TO FILE A CLAIM as much as I can, to get an insurance claim paid out for you but in all honestly, that has not been going well lately. BUT, I will help you where I can. 
I will also work with you on getting your plants replaced at a discount-- but I can not be responsible for something out of my control.

You may find this comment rude but too many do not read and / or do not understand !!!!!!!!!!! AND SOMEHOW THAT MAKES IT MY FAULT??

I CAN NOT "MAKE YOU BUY A HEAT PACK", I DO NOT LIVE WITH YOU, SO I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING WHAT YOUR WEATHER IS LIKE---SOOOO, USE YOUR COMMON SENSE!!! IF A LIVE PLANT IS TRAVELING INTO 30' OR BELOW, THEN SERSIOSLY THINK ABOUT A PURCHASING A HEAT PACK TO HELP PROVIDE SOME KIND OF PROTECTION. THEY ARE NOT FREE AND THEY DO NOT GUARENTEE THAT YOUR PLANT STILL WILL NOT FREEZE, ESPECIALLY IN 2' WEATHER (YES, I HAVE MANY PEOPLE THAT ARE UPSET BECAUSE THEIR PLANT FROZE AND IT WAS 2' AND THEY DID NOT BUY A HEAT PACK TO OFFER ANY KIND OF PROTECTION)---I AM PRETTY SURE THAT IF IT IS 30' OR COLDER THAT YOU WILL PUT ON A COAT TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOU ARE MUCH LARGER THEN THE PLANTS!!! THERE IS NOT ANYTHING THAT I CAN DO IF YOUR PLANT FROZE IN TRANSIT AND BY PURCHASING THE PLANT, YOU AGREE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THIS!!!

4" GROWING POT SIZE and basically a starter plant--NOT A MATURE MOTHER PLANT......WE SHIP WITH OUT THE POTS!!!!! THE PLANTS ARE REMOVED FROM THE POT, ROOTBALL WRAPPED IN PLASTIC AND THEN THE PLANT WRAPPED IN NEWSPAPER FOR THE TRANSIT--WE DO USE ALOT OF TAPE TO SECURE THE PLANT SO THAT IT DOES NOT MOVE AND GET DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. IF WE DO NOT USE ALOT OF TAPE TO SECURE IT, THEN IT WOULD GET DAMAGED BY MOVING AROUND...

MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE SCISSORS HANDY TO REMOVE PLANTS FROM SHIPPING CONTAINER!!!!!!!!!!


We also try to show adult or larger plants in the pictures and/or blooms whenever possible--plants are in a constant grow cycle, so they are always different sizes and a little different color maybe--SO I CAN NOT TAKE "SPECIFIC" PICTURES of the "plant that you will receive" --UNLESS I specifically have it in the title and THAT specific listing.

you may have damage to leaves in transit - this is normal and is only cosmetic - new leaves will grow fast with proper care - We do our best to package your plant with care to cause minimal to hopefully no damage to the leaves but it happens

We strive to ship in 1 - 7 business days but it does not always work out that way. - during off season its average is 1 - 5 business days for us to process. - During the busy time of year = Mid Nov - Late Dec & Late Feb - Early June it may take as much as 7 - 10 days to process orders. (based on Covid 2020 time this past year) We do not want to hold your plants any longer than we need to

Our goal is to get them all out quickly and safely as possible. Holidays during a week - does back us up usually because it can block us up on shipping for as much as 5 days - especially if holiday falls on a Saturday or a Monday. - This will delay orders for sure  because it all depends on the transit days

Plants are traveling - at times a long way. We are careful to gather you up a healthy plant in great condition.  Traveling in a box is not the best for them but does work. - they will usually come stressed to some degree, damage on leaves or some brown edging at times.  They will probably be a little grumpy, which is to be expected. Make sure to get the unpacked, watered and into fresh air. Do not put them directly into full sun, because they are already stressed and will need to get over the transit shock.
Please do research on how to care for the plant you purchasing. I can not give advise for your growing environment--I am very sorry but other "idiots" have ruined it for others.
   
As with any plant - you should always keep them separate from your others - especially if these will be inside plant - never just put new plants in with old.  My suggestion always is to treat your new plant with fungicide and bug control - Just to be safe. - if your into organic then so be it. but for me if i am putting in a plant within range of my others - I prefer to make sure there are no issues and I will use a product actually labeled for the situation. 
  
I am sorry but we can not provide instructions with your order...WE USE TO but people took advantage of it to get free plants. It was always "our fault" because they followed the instructions...so it is better for our small business to just refer you to google. I can help you by tell you what me do here and giving you "my opinion only". I have to say that I am very sorry for everyone that "plays by the rules" and I am really a very helpful person...
